WHO I AM

I help people shift from striving to thriving so they can lead from wholeness and create exponential impact in the world around them.

I love stories of life transformation! Not just in theory, but in practice. For over 14 years, I served as a licensed minister, pastoring churches and leading teams driven by the goal of helping people discover who they were created to be. Throughout my journey, I've always believed that people are capable of so much more than they often settle for.

But believing that and living it are two different things. In 2019, my wife and I launched an e-commerce brand. I threw myself into building and scaling it, working harder than ever, but feeling further from the life I actually wanted. Along the way, I discovered what most high-achievers eventually face: external success doesn't guarantee internal peace, and external failure doesn't have to mean internal turmoil.

That journey taught me something powerful - we spend so much time chasing the "one thing" we think will fix our lives, when what we really need is inner alignment. Alignment of our thoughts, our relationships, our time, our soul, and our resources with the purpose we are designed to fulfill.

Now I get to share what I've learned. I speak to leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations about how to create sustainable success without sacrificing what matters most. I teach people how to lead from wholeness, and how to thrive on the journey.

I'm inspired by the ripple effect we have on each other, how one person leading from a place of wholeness can transform their team, their business, their family, and their community. I believe we all have an “impossible dream” we're meant to pursue, and I'm passionate about helping people step into that purpose with clarity and confidence.

I'm still learning. Still growing. Still discovering new ways to live aligned with my purpose. But that's the beauty of this journey - it's not about arriving at perfection. It's about thriving right where you are while moving toward where you're going.
